A sense of shock gripped Nellore district on Tuesday morning after two unidentified male bodies were found near the Penna Barrage, triggering a major police investigation.
Preliminary reports suggest that the victims — both believed to be in their early twenties — were beaten to death with sticks before being dumped near the riverbank.
